Crude Oil Hauling companies in the Montana/North Dakota area for Noobies?

I do not like to state on the net which employers I work for. I have been hired by a company that hauls from Alberta south into MT, not one in the Bakken. And they only hired me because I have a fast pass, hazmat, and experience with hauling water in Wyoming.
Every decent company I talked to in the Bakken area only considered me because I had hauled water in mines due to their insurance. I couldn't front the up front cost for certification and safety gear for the company I trusted the most, where a family friend worked, so I went OTR until I could get everything I needed, and hit up career builder etc in my home area.
