It all depends on where your prejudices is to what side you take. Yet in this United States the money people usually wins for they're the ones that can afford to pay off the politicians getting their favors. And the others lose out getting ripped off. Yes its true, our politicians do sell favors to those who can afford them thus getting rich in the office of congress.

The Nebraska Supreme Court issued a decision yesterday that allows for the Keystone pipeline to go ahead. This would be great for the Bakken because it would lower the transportation costs and make the oil market crash more survivable, unfortunately the White House announced today that it would veto the Keystone bill regardless. For the past few years the Nebraska lawsuit has been the shield the administration has hid it's true agenda behind, the Nebraska Supreme Court rescinded that shield yesterday. The good news is that it's possible there are enough Democrats onboard with the bill to override the veto. Time will tell, the bill should be passed before the end of next week.

They pulled 63 votes today for cloture, that's only 4 votes shy of veto proof in the Senate.

Nevertheless, Obama is touting the lower prices, which injected billions into the improving U.S. economy.

Abu Dhabi (AFP) - The United Arab Emirates said on Tuesday that OPEC will no longer move to shore up crude prices, arguing that rising North American shale oil output needed to be curbed.
World prices have been falling since June but the pace of the slide accelerated in November when the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) decided to maintain its production unchanged at 30 million barrels per day.
Analysts say that richer cartel members like the UAE have been ready to accept the price fall in the hope that it will force higher-cost shale producers out of the market. -
Anybody seen anything besides cheaper GAS yet?
