What's the deal with the red dye?
Skypilotj, Yesterday at 10:30 PMR
Its off road diesel for use in power plants and drilling rig motors, pump motors, machinery, etc. no road tax added to the price, dyed red to detect it in road vehicles fuel systems, huge fine for running it in a road vehicle.Last edited: Jan 14, 2019

Makes sense.
How many bbls of diesel can you haul in a 200 bbl tank trailer?
What is a run like that paying?
What companies are doing those runs?
What companies doing those runs hire O/O?
Thanks. -

Well Canada’s ( Alberta ) oilfield isn’t what it was like back in the day.
We are seriously contemplating bringing our trucks and trailers down to Texas, preferred ( or possibly North Dakota ) to keep them running all the time.
I just need to figure out all the legal paperwork first ... -
