Generic advice:
With the parking brake set, can you turn on cruise for high idle? If so, check clutch switch/wiring
Do jakes work? if so, check brake switch/wiringAModelCat Thanks this. -
Another easy one pull up on clutch pedal, see if they work.

^^^^^^
Along with this, crawl underneath the truck, look on the left side of the transmission and verify that the transmission plug didn't come out. -
Yep I agree with Double Yellow. If you can't set your idle speed using the cruise control switch or the jake won't kick on, I'd be looking into the micro switch on the clutch. I've seen some stick to the point where pulling up on the pedal no longer works. Other possibilities could be a sticking brake pedal, a broken wire after the cruise switch, or a faulty cruise control switch.

Yes Jake's work no high idile does not will have to look at plug. Looked at plug there is one wire that is going into plug and one that looks like it used to be attached to a split ring that is hanging on the other wire going into the plug it looks like that ring used to be soldiered to the outside of the plug, that wire is broke and hanging loose. I thought maybe it was a ground so I tried to ground it but no luck do any of you know where that wire goes.

How have you verified the switches work? If your Jakes work, and the speed sensor is plugged in, then the remaining options are pretty limited.

Yeah the jakes work and I tested the switches with a meter I also hooked up a new toggle switch to test if the off and on was working is there anyway to test the set and resume without buying a new switch don't want to spend the money if I don't have too.
