I heard that 12 drivers quit after they didn't agree w the Ruan final offer. Should be an immediate opportunity should you want to explore it.
Also heard the company wants to go back to company employees.

I loaded Argon on Wednesday in Burns Harbor and talked with a couple Indiana drivers who weren't pleased cause the were doing Chicago's work.
We too have been doing some since last week as I delivered east Dubuque on Monday.

I would suggest checking out indeed or Lindes job page. I'm not posting a link, but a quick google gives it to you.

    Dennixx Thanks this.

Saw this and the updates. Local and new terminal manager?
    You may be in luck.
Because that particular terminal seems to have had a problem holding onto drivers for the past two years.
Curious to see if you get some late nights. Pretty sure I've seen daycabs rolling away from the terminal at 5-7pm.

Best of luck. I'll probably wind up in cryo at some point.

    scythe08 and scott180 Thank this.

Part of the reasoning for why I asked the above questions....is that Linde's jobs ops website area is currently an absolute mess. :(:rolleyes:o_O

When you look at a job posting now for a driver on the Linde website.....there's no mention of what the schedule/home time will be, salary, benefits, job details--NOTHING!!!:mad::mad:

    @Dennixx --

Based on scythe08's above reply, & just to see what's nearby....I went to the job ops page for Linde, and clicked on a link for "Class A Tanker Driver, Conyers, GA".....and the following is what/all I got (my question to you: isn't "Inver Grove Heights" part of the "Twin Cities" area in MN?:rolleyes:o_O):

Yes Inver Grove is south of St Paul.
They just did some work on the computer systems and probably the website.
It used to have more info and a general description of the job but looks like their upgrade was probably a backslide..which isn't new here.
Maybe a Indeed or one of those sites may offer more info.
As far as wage all are different. Even all union plants are different. Depending on cost of living, labor pool, experience required and how strong of negotiating team/union.
You can put in an online app and ask a recruiter, I guess, to get specific info but idk
We have 5 fng training now.

    scythe08 Thanks this.

    Why wait.
I used to drive fuel delivery but that ended in 2012, ten years ago. I've only been back a year and Linde is giving me a chance. As long as I can physically make it I'll be fine, at least I hope I will.

    lual and scythe08 Thank this.

I dont use one, but 3 of our call and demand guys do. I've thought about getting one to just help with traffic, but Portland has the worst freeway and secondary system I have ever seen, so it doesn't do me any good, other than to should me how screwed I am lol

    scott180 Thanks this.
