Air Products and Praxair sure keeps advertising for team drivers. I think the hydrogen hauling is about to boom.

What's max age these companies would accept new drivers:
1. Air Liquid
2. Praxair
3. Air liquide
4. Messer
5. Ruan
Thanks -
That may be considered discriminatory.
If you hold the license and can pass a physical I'd think you would be eligible to be hired.
In this field they value experience.
I was 52 when I got hired and am looking at my 65th next year.viper822004 and LilRedRidingHood Thank this. -
What I was refering to was that the older you get, the less companies are willing to invest in you and train you, knowing that you might only work for them , say 10 years, before you are going to be retiring.
They might not be saying this loud , but those that hire you might be told not to employ drivers over certain age.
The other thing they might be worried about is that the older you get the more you are going to be susceptible to getting sick, taking time off because of some sickness and maybe even getting some serious sickness which might put pressure on their sickness fund. -

They seems to always advertise , what would be the reason for it? Can't keep drivers for some reason?
