    you can't really hide, anything.....

if you work for a company, large or small, that IS a member of DAC/HireRight, they WILL report things to them, like failed drug test, positive drug tests, refusals.

they WILL report alcohol test reports as well.

they WILL report many if not ALL accidents, and incidents.

DAC/HireRight...(it was DAC originally back in the day), was supposed to be used as a "clearing/holding house of information", and all they do is, send those reports to an inquiring employer, if THEY were a member.

in time, EMPLOYERS would add crap to a drivers DAC report, which was found to be false.

a driver COULD dispute that, and the employer MUST make amendments to the report, or you could sue them.

and many HAVE sued DAC in the past.

not too many non-DAC member companies even give a flip about any DAC report, but the companies THAT ARE members still think it's the "Holy Grail"....

    so what to do..??

don;t have an accident, do not abandon equipment, don't fail or refuse a drug/alcohol test

and maybe DO NOT WORK for a company that Is a member of DAC...

BUT BEWARE, if you downright ASK a potential employer if THEY ARE a member of DAC..??

that might instantly set up a red flag....now, you HAVE something to HIDE, is what they will very well think about you....

    what does that mean....drinks..??

if so, get picked up for being drunk while on duty, parked, whatever, your company WILL KNOW, especially when they have to send someone to get your truck, while YOU SIT in the clink...

Csa is run by the feds and is not a friend to any drivers. Dac is a credit type reporting agency used by the companys to report things they SAY a driver did wrong. Again, certainly no friend to any driver.
So what the heck are you talking about so called safe drivers hiding behind? There are a lot of us out here with nothing negative on their Dac and 0 CSA points.
    Another troll.

I lean towards the OP being excessively provoking like a small troll would.

In other words, what is there to hide with? Or why should there be a reason to not be marked anywhere as a skunk and rejected by anyone in DAC, CSA etc.

Im past all that. Been there done that. Even a touch of Blacklisting that is way beyond simple Dac kiddie stuff. The Company that blacklisted me is very careful to know the law in Indiana and carefully stay legal while making sure that any employer I apply to who called them understand that I am a black listed driver which leads to more questions. The employer understands the entire situation and sees that I won a state level case against them and considers me a sort of a warrior when in bad times as a employee employer stuff... and decide they are better off hiring Forest Gump and hand him the keys to the truck instead. He wont stir up a ruckus like I would.

I don't hide behind anything in my trucking days. If i got caught? Tickets and whatever? I paid up. If I did bigger lawbreaking such as driving drunk etc with the CDL etc today it would be a mess for sure. You can argue that I drove a 18 wheeler drunk many times before the CDL and pee tests in those days long ago. But there was nothing there to enforce unless you were up against a small town lawman on your fuel tank counting the empty bottles or cans on the cab floor. =)
