CSA Mistake on Companies Part. My PSP is clean.

Have a bit of an interesting question for the CSA experts. I was looking to change companies, and decided to pull my PSP. I paid the 10$ and was surprised that it was empty. No violations or inspections at all. I got stopped 3 times in Ohio in the last 18 months.

My license has always been from Texas, never had one from any other state. 15 years driving experience in total. I was worried that those stops would really hurt me.

It turns out that when I was hired, the company entered my drivers license as being from California. I never even noticed it until I logged into the companies network see my personal data.

I then pulled my PSP again, Using my DL number for both CA and TX. The stops are listed under CA, but not TX.

Question time... Will a company re-report these violations once the drivers license issue is fixed, and then they show under the correct state? If I go to look for another carrier and keep my mouth shut, can they find out if they are not on my PSP?

I got lucky, I found a small company that just ran my MVR out of my state. Since I never report to my MVR my two accidents did not show up on it like they did on my psp and now I am finally back to work after 6 months of unemployment. I was worried for a minute.
