I was gonna say you wouldn't believe this but anything goes in this industry, I got a roadside Dot'ed in Colorado. The officer said my transfer cases were leaking front and rear, they couldn't have 3to4 inches in diameter yet none of it was fresh oil. I got that sinking feeling knowing that I wasn't getting out of there w/o a citation. I told him almost all trucks could be written up, how do you factor severity and length of the violation on your license? I kept my cool knowing I might be wearing bracelets.

You don't. Individuals don't have CSA scores. Only companies. On the other hand, if you're running under your own authority, then you are the company and you do have a CSA score. At least that's what I get out of it.
