For your MVR, you simply go to your state's DMV office (some states let you do it online). They'll offer you the choice of certified or non-certified copy... if non-certified (which, for just looking over it for your own purposes, is fine), you can get it e-mailed to you if you're purchasing your copy online.

no, I mean, like on a regular traffic ticket, how do I get it to NOT show up on either report, so I can get a job

Find a way to get it dismissed in court. Whether having a driving record expunged after the fact is possible or not varies by state, IIRC. Either way, you're talking about lawyering up. Not sure what you can do as far as keeping something off of a CSA report.

How much would you say it would cost him for a lawyer?

Go to your local dmv or whatever they call it where you live and ask them to purge your record.

    Wait.
You want them to just wipe your slate clean ? Take all your tickets / infractions off your driving record ? Just want your points to dis-appear ?

This just gets better all the time.

Since 2005 all of the tickets in a personal vehicle are treated like in the big truck.

In 2011, they took away the ability to mask convictions on the CDL.

Will have no way of this.
