I'm looking at CTL. Team pay (my wife and I) is great and they are pet friendly.

I'm not there yet but the policy is pretty standard. 1 day off for 7 on the road. Its not really an issue for us as a husband and wife team.

Superior carriers would be your best bet...small sleepers...but from what im hearing they. Are making good money...47cpm loaded and 40cpm empty

    PALOU Thanks this.

Superior is a good company to work for. IMO it is probably one of the best jobs you'll find out of school. You could easily start your career and retire here. Good pay/bennies, good home time, and you will be treated with respect.

    PALOU Thanks this.

If I'm not mistaken, the pay is based on what terminal you will be working out of (the terminal closest to your home). This is regarding Superior Carriers, of course. It's still good CPM all around. You cannot go wrong, still!!

AFAIK mileage pay is the same for all of us company wide, hourly pay varies terminal to terminal however.
