    As I know KAMAZ trucktors with ISL are from 310 to 380 HP. Smaller trucks are with ISB and ISC.

    They use also ISM.

    ISX 15 is rare in russian trucks, and ISX11.9 was not introduced in CIS. Seems to me we will get ISX 11.9 later. Cummins says it is Euro6 ready now

    The ISL will surpass the 11.9 in fuel economy on flat ground. They will do about the same on the big hills with the same horsepowe rating. If you go with the ISL and the Allision you would want the transmission to shift into 6th gear around 63-65 mph for the best fuel economy.
