Shouldn't be smoking at all so we can also assume DPF is breached since you said with downpipe removed it still blows black smoke. Need to verify all air management sensors, tubes, intake, and venturi pipe are somewhat clean, then move on to further troubleshooting

Monitor all sensor temps. and pressures with Insite at KOEO. You may have a pressure sensor stuck in range. Remember, the sensors could be reading too high or low of values, but since they are still reading, the ECM won't see a fault.

Figured it out guys, y’all were right, thought it was clear since I was getting suction, saw intake pressure was low, never seen it that bad
