I have the 2009 volvo vnl 670 truck with cummings isx 400 hp engine 14.9 liter had someone put truck on the computer truck is not govern there are no active codes and it is not smoking it will not go over 60 mph when i mash the fuel pedal at 60 its does nothing almost like its governed someone had the same experience and can give me advice thank you
