I saw a Mack Midliner start burning oil after the shop changed oil brands. It even slobered out the exhaust a little. It stopped using oil after about 6 months or a year, very rare! Was that brand change related or not? All of Swaan's points were good and it is probably due an inframe or more.
Cummins ISX 475 with 980000 miles is using a lot of oil......
