Issue: When at highway speed, if I let off the throttle I loose all power. I can shift thru all gears just fine. When I let off the throttle I get all smoke and no response and sometimes backfires. Have checked and reset the turbo actuator. Replaced ECM, and replaced the fuel solenoids and the TPS.
