Hey guys soo I have 2013 kw t660 with Cummins isx 15 cm2250 I recently got Dpf baked and cleaned on it. It kept doing a regen every 300 to 450 miles after that soo I changed I map sensor, delta p sensor, differential pressure sensor, injector dose, fixed 2 exhaust leaks, and did a regen has a buddy connect insite for numbers all the numbers looked good filter soot status was normal, now there's a filter full lamp lit on the dashboard if I unplug delta p sensor it goes away but as soon as I plug delta p back the light is back as well. Anybody know what's going on here even on insite there was 0 reading from delta p

What are "numbers looked good" values? How long did it take for 7th injector to begin dosing? Any codes? Much more to look at during regen with Insite.

How many miles? Mines at Cummins right now. $8700
SCR being replaced, doser, basically overhaul of the aftertreatment system, several sensors.

I'm at 700K miles that's kinda when that stuff goes south if you've been careful.

Cummins is expensive, but you also get what you pay for. Consider taking it to a Cummins, not a dealer. You'll probably be dollars ahead in the end.

No codes nd if I remember correct 7th injector started dosing at around 500° dpf inlet temp I will write everything down this time I connect insite . Since its friends of mines he said "all dpf numbers checked out good "

You're close. The exhaust gas probes / sensors go bad, and it all gets kind of messed up. From what I gather there's some recalibration of the ecm needed as well when you start changing stuff to really have it work correctly.

Have you had the ceramic plungers in the fuel pump changed? That's a cheap swap, and necessary.
