    That was my first thought when I heard the noise from the back of the cab. Only other thing I can think of is maybe a valve isn't sealing in the head properly?

    FUEL LINES -or Cooling Plate- That's your culprit for sure. If you cant manually pressure your fuel system- change your Return Line First- Had the Same Issue- Mine was so Bad it pushed Fuel From the Left tank to the Right coming out the vent tube plus heavy vapor. I Replaced my lines and Smooth as silk.

    Sounds to me a collapsed Line or Bad Cooling Plate
