No, not a joke post like the last one. Just saw this question over a reddit/trucking. Anyone got any comments?

Heavyd Thanks this. -
There are some people here with experience on ISX issues. There are posts under carbon packing? Liner issues, problems? Using Restore oil to remove carbon from top of liners and or pistons? etc.
I thank most of them are 2250's but the only one here is a 2013 1800's series. It is using oil at 240,000 miles and messing up the particulate filter. It has been to some different dealers and I thank they have spent over $10,000 US on it. The last deal was to replace the particulate filter because is was cracked. It was out of service for awhile trying to get financial assistance from Cummings. Sounds like it got not me'd. I did not clean it wrong. I did not handle it roughly. The engine we made using oil did not crack it. The fact that it has be to different dealers did not help however I understand going to different places. They were trying to find someone that would fix it, not take it apart and then not finish it for an extended period of time. It is a shame because it was the most dependable truck in the fleet intell about 200,000.
If you do not find anything on them you might shoot a line to GrapeApe. I thank he had a bunch of them.
