#### that is pretty sad stuff. Seems people have lost common sense and can't think for themselves anymore. I think that is why I cant stand most people. Ha ha

Dedicated stuff is for the birds. Friend of mine asked me about a month ago if I wanted to buy a food grade tank. They were working on a deal that was 5 loads a day, M-F, and I could’ve been home nightly. I asked about figuring out how to do it with 6 or even 7 trucks and rotate who has weeks off. Apparently the other 4 guys have a higher debt load than me because they all looked at me like I was stupid when I said I have no intention of sitting in that truck 52 weeks a year and I wasn’t going to try and find someone to drive it when I wanted off. The response was “but you’re home every night and on the weekends” and I said that wasn’t good enough for me. I don’t know, maybe I’m just getting old and lazy.

Shoot, I haven’t filled my opening for O/O yet. Had a half a dozen inquire but some didn’t even have a truck. Some were owner of truck and had 1099 drivers. Sounds too messy.

I can about imagine how it goes dealing with someone who is leased on with a driver in the truck. Driver tells you one thing. Owner wonders why his truck isn’t working. You’re caught in the middle of their fight.
