They do not show up onna background check. Until convicted. I know from experience. I am a felon. Convicted in 2006.

I'd love to. i have hardly read anything negative about them on here and that is a rarity for a trucking company.

It's probably on the applications questions. It' may show up on a background check.
You have a good chance with all those companies I listed.
If you're in school now, start submitting application. Don't wait until after graduation.
You'll get job offers contingent on successfully completing cdl school.

Heres the kicker though. Most will not hire with a fresh felony. Best to find where you want to work before you are convicted. Then stay there for 5 years or so or until you go out on your own

Carolina Cargo hires drivers fresh out of prison; not all do though. This isn't on their website though. They run California/Pacific Northwest every week.

I'd be willing to run back and forth across the country non stop. My financial situation is stable. The wife makes good money. What could I make with a felon friendly company like that for a year until things are erased? I'm willing to stay out a month or two at a time.

    FlaSwampRat Thanks this.

Pay isn't that great at Carolina Cargo, but drivers have posted they take home $600 - $700 weekly.
At Magnum probably take home between $1000 - $1500 weekly. Magnum runs Pacific Northwest, but not California.

Sheeeeet. If I bring home $600 a week the wife is going to let me dig a pond next year. Magnum would be a dream. I could sue everybody!!! Lawyer will pay off his Tesla.
