Custom installation

We just got a newer Cascadia and was thinking on installing one of those3.1 cubic feet refrigerators in it. It will require cutting out half of the cabinet thats in it behind the passenger seat.Its been a bit of discussion and I think we can do a nice clean install on this. So I have a question and that would be has anyone done this and how did it turn out and one more ..how did you fasten secure as not to tumble during one of those OH $$it moments Thanks
