It rattles under Idle. I am not aware of any engine mount issues. The truck has less than 400k miles. I will take a more thorough look at the engine mounts when I make my next inspection. Which will be in the morning. Most of the rattle comes from the dash in the Passenger side. There is a part of one trim panel to the right of the TPV and Parking Brake knob that is broken off.
I think someone was not very good to this thing before I got a hold of it. I swept out lots of fries, snack wrappers, dirt and chewing gum wrappers with used gum inside them. I swept the dirt out into the gravel lot at a place where I was unloading and some other debris fell out, too. Some guy started yelling at me for trashing his beautiful gravel lot. I picked the gum wrappers up. Never mind all the cigarette butts all over the place. It looks like a couple of drinks were poured-out on the floor.
There are even wrappers behind the dash! I discovered a Twizzlers wrapper when I pulled the ash tray to wash it. I'm going to mop the floorboard. If there is anything wrong with this truck, even though I would love to blame ugly modern trucks and their plastic parts, in all fairness, I'll have to blame the previous driver.

my fld has over a million miles and no rattles in the dash.
insted of trying to make your Columbia look like a fld why not just get a fld, there a better truck than a Columbia anyway -
If I have a panel rattling on the inside, it either gets some double sided tape or some of those sticky back felt pads used for putting under furniture so it will slide. Must have gone through two packs of each by the time my Columbia hit 700k miles....

I've always liked the FLD. They're a good truck and not too expensive... In the mean-time, I might go through some of that double-sided tape.

There are 5 main things that rattle in a Columbia dash.
The fuse panel cover and padded piece facing the passenger seat.
The cup holder assy.
The radio/ heater control bezel
The piece to the right of the parking brake buttons.
And the drawer in the sleeper cabinet needs a little silicone lube sometimes.
I've had the whole thing apart and some tightening , foam tape and a little trimming from the back side fixed everything. It's more of a quality control issue than a design and execution issue.
I've owned both an FLD (1994) and Columbia (2005) from new. Neither was spec'd as a fleet truck. Besides looks, the FLD has nothing on a Columbia/Century cab. -
