Please call us at 866-552-9237. I have an exact computerized record of all sales from all shows and I can look up the sale by YOUR NAME only. It will show what you paid and your address... a check will be sent when we just know who to send it to. I had never heard of this issue until this forum became a top hit on google. I only joined in the forum a few days ago. I honestly want to be fair and in exchange ask you to be fair and report your refund here. Will that work for you?

At the show you could have had a receipt book (available anywhere).
It has been a year and a half and you show up on the site addressing issues over a year old.
You can always ask a Moderator to get his E-Mail if you cannot do a private PM.
If he shows you phone logs would that show you he attempted to call you?
What I cannot understand is that you have a driver who tests your products answering your phone?
At the very least you can get a 800 number and many places are free that can forward to your personal cell/landline.
He has numerous times mentioned he tried to call you to no avail.
You can get E-Mail accounts for free.
I am just wondering why after a year and a half, you now come on this site to address an very old issue? I am sure this could have been handled better off line.

2. A year and a half is no reason to ignore the problem. I just found out about this
3. I did not want to bring in a moderator or anyone else I just wanted to help the customer.
4. I don't need to see any old phone bills, the point is,this was never brought to me until now.
5. The man answering the phone does a fine job.

8. I know how to set up email accounts and have several.

I can do it right now if the moderator can get the customers name to me. I need the name that the sale was under. I can look it up and send a refund "now" as in today!

Well. tried call 4 times just now,
takes about 12 seconds for the phone to start ringing, and each time it
" answers " its just silince.
got a guy to answer only 1 time, and all he was able to say was HELLO before the call was ended on his end...
