Yeah they have some messed up third party system going on that I dont really trust, its like you dont actually work for Cypress you sign on with TLC and you are contracted out to Cypress...........the whole thing sounds fishy to me and I'm sure it screws the driver somehow!

Who do you work for Polarbare if you don't mind me asking? Harleyman, if you don't like the idea of TLC don't go to Patco they use them as well. I saw an ad on CL where I think they're having some sort of hiring event over there in Brooksville this coming weekend, might still be worth checking out. I worked for a company in PA that uses TLC and they weren't that bad, I honestly think they work for the driver because after I quit that company they were still calling to offer other positions in the area so it might not be a bad thing.

OK, I dont have any experience with them, but it just sounds wierd to me! -
Ifell and broke my elbow during my first week there. Was off on work comp from Feb to Nov. Was released back to work and get a letter saying no work .For the next couple of months they ran ads in Tampa Tribune looking for drivers. Makes you kinda wonder were the work came from.

I live in Jax and start orientation here on the 1st, I have no experience graduated the beginning of this month. A few questions about your time at Cypress
When you drove for them how was your home time did you get 2 full days off for example home Friday afternoon with Sat/Sun off and go out Monday?
What percantage of loads do you think you had to tarp, they tell me 95 percent of the loads are tarped?
How many miles did you average a week they say 2000-2500 is the average? -
you get home most every weekend if thats is what you wantstay out longer if you want. since you live in jax it is very possible to get home for your 10 more often i have friends over there that live in jax that thru the house at least once a week . miles vary they are pretty close on what they tell you.sometimes you get home abs have the whole weekend off soemtimes you just get a 34 and get bacj out depends on the load you home with
-
