Harleyman, are you doing dump or flat? I was offered a job on the dump side but declined right now because I'm waiting to see if something opens back up with Pritchett. Kind of wondering if I should make the move to Cypress anyway, Hotrod if you read this can you give any more insite on the dump side?

Day one in the books, typical new hire paperwork, physical and drug test, they do the same ergo testing that JBS did, easy to pass!
Everyone was nice and genuinely happy! Met alot of drivers that have been there forever! A couple for 20+ years, average about 10 years.
They do have some old trucks in the yard, all the drivers I talked to said they are maintained well! They got 50 new Petes and more on the way! Alot of new trailers recently too!
There is only me and one other guy in orientation, makes it run smooth that way!

do you still have to go out with a trainer for two weeks if you dont have flatbed exp?
