Cypress TX oversized 18 wheeler sideswiped me, License #6761KG name HEI on truck?

Today at 4 PM in Cypress, TX an oversized 18 wheeler with name on the side of truck "HEI" and License plate #6761KG sideswiped me on HWY 290 and Fry Road. Does anyone know of this trucking company? I tried to get him to pull over, but to no avail! He kept on rolling . . . Please reach out

This guy could have at least been courteous enough to stop. Debris was flying! He was driving at 70 mph or more and I caught up with him after I figured out what happened. Honk the horn and motioned for him to pull over. I though he would at least stop and discuss the matter. I even showed him the side mirror, which was hanging by 1 electrical wire! But, he kept on trucking . . .
I did call and report this to the authorities today. Plus, I gave all the info to my insurance company to track him down!!!!
Yes, we were going in the same direction. I was on the right lane, he was in the 2nd lane and sideswiped me on the driver's side.
