He/she claimed they didn't call the police when it happend because it freaked them out... But yet being so freaked out they decided to try and take matters into their own hands and get the trucker to pull over. LOL ya that doesn't appear to be someone freaked out... That's someone out of their frickin mind...

Can't speak for it, man. I've never been in that position so I don't know how I'd react. I could guess that I'd be jolted, but beyond that.... *shrug*..... there are a handful of possibilities, most of them questionable as it regards 'is this right?'. I'm only suggesting that in the moment you react, don't really think, and sure, it's not always right, but it's what happens. And, the written story vs the reality of events as portrayed may also differ entirely. I just don't know what's what here. *shrug* And there are few victims with a reason to lie, unless they're psychotic, which you've posited..... so maybe you're right. Again, I can't stake a claim, but statistically, only ~2% of the population is psycho.... I try to lean toward good faith. That's just me.
