Anyone run for this place just wondering a little more info on them? I know its a 100% O/O. Supposed to pay 70% of gross rev and no trailer rental.

Hey,
That is the comapny that I currently drive for. From experience with other companies, it has been the best so far. I had to come off the road for a week with medical issues with my youngest daughter and got way more support from any of the office staff than the bigger companies as an owner operator. At the time, I was leasing a truck from thier parent company and was forgiven of the payment for the week.
I came back and had gotten a truck on my own through a truck dealer so the payments were a little better.
I run from MN to NJ, PA and reload and head back. I am usually home on the weekends although I want to pay the truck off faster so I may ask to be out 7-10 days.
They give you a list of loads in your area as well as what the gross is so you can make your decision based on where YOU want to go and what you want to make. The fuel surcharge is good as well which is 100% to O/O. There is no trailer rental and they cover 100% of lumper fees.
All in all, I have seen what the gross payments per week have been, minus truck pmts, ins, plates, fuel, payment to self and I have a good ammount left to set aside for truck repairs.
Give Bill a call there, he can tell you way more than I can.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Wade_ton bundle and travo131 Thank this. -
Do you currently have your own truck or are you thinking about the Anderson Leasing deal?
-
I know them very well too. I have never driven for them, but I know that they are a very reputable company.
Wade, how is it going since Bay and Bay bought you out? And how is that shiny new terminal in Lake Elmo? That must be convenient to come right up Manning Ave. from Hastings!! -
SO far, I have not had any problems whatsoever. I hear other drivers ##### and whine that they were bought out, but it has only brought in new computers for the office, updated phone system, more revenue for the shop....
I have only been with them two months now, but I love it.
I never have to deal with bay and bay really, other than when I dropped off my application.
The terminal is a breeze to get on and off from. They are in the process of getting on site fuel so we will get that at a discount.
Im just glad I got my own deal through another dealer so my truck payments will be cheaper and paid off in 2 years.
My truck gets re lettered this monday morning. -
I am just looking around for greener grass you could say. I have a dui that is 4 yrs old tho so im not sure they would even lease me on. Do they have any dedicated runs they do or is it mostly broker loads?
-
I'm not sure on how old the DUI has to be. As far as the loads go, the majority is through them. I have yet to actually deal with a broker.
I know I cannot post a link, but if you google them, you may be ble to find some info.
All of their trailers are inspected each time they get back to the yard regardless of when the last time was.
