Does anyone on here know anything about this company... DMT (D. Mosley Trucking) out of Lawty, FL? Any information you can give me about this company would be greatly appreciated! Also, do they do hair follicle drug testing, or just urine tests? Thanks in advance!!!

I don't anymore and for the first time in my life am happy to take random urine tests anytime, anywhere! However, I am a recovering addict and do not want to take a chance with a hair test and ruin my career before it even gets going good. I don't have a lie to tell... Yes, I've made some terrible decisions in my life, and yes I used to smoke pot, and with other things I wish I would've never done! But I finally grew up at age 32 and figured out that a career is more important than getting high. Also, I want to show my son a better life than I've had! Therefor, I dropped everything, got my #### together, and went to truck driving school. I started driving with Western Express and planned on staying there at least a year so that by the time I was ready to go somewhere else I would be able to pass even a hair follicle test and could go to work wherever I wanted to. But I simply cannot take working for Western anymore! Western Express is a complete joke! On multiple occasions my DM has tried to get me to violate hours of service, as well as trying to get me to run oversized loads without permits, and I refuse to do so, so they get mad at me and then I start getting crappy runs and crappy miles, so I barely make any money! These are just a couple examples I have with the company, so the time to make a change is now! I've talked with a recruiter from DMT along with a few other companies, but I'm leaning towards DMT because they pay percentage, and I've heard good things about percentage verses getting paid by the mile. I really hate to risk failing a hair test simply because they go back way further. That would go on my record and would ruin my career. Again, I'm done smoking and will happily submit to a random urine test! So please, if anyone can give me a definite answer to this question without judging me and telling me that I have no business driving a truck, I would be so thankful. I really have turned my life around, and take my job seriously! I simply want to get away from a company that teats their drivers like dirt!!!

From the looks of it, Prime does urinalysis vs. hair follicle testing.
It would NOT surprise me, in the future, that ALL trucking companies will end up doing a combination of hair follicle testing, urinalysis, and withdrawing vials of blood which would also check for diseases as well as for drugs.
Good luck to you!
God bless you and your family! God bless the U.S.A.!

TranceJunkie if you've been clean for over 90 days then you should pass a hair follicle test with no problem.

They do urine at a clinic in Gaineville, FL. Pay is inconsistent. Meaning you'll do $1100 twice a month them prob $700-$800 the other two weeks. Home time is what's best. They say home every other weekend but we're home 3 out of the 4 weekends in a month. Since you're outta NC you'll prob run outta the Virginia plant we pick up at so you'll prob be home every weekend and prob through the week since they run a lot of loads to NC. And this the type of company that will try to get you home as much as possible, I will give them credit on that. Other than that it's laid a back small company really. Anything other questions I'll be happy to answer

Yup drugs last 90days in hair but can stay longer better to shave often all body hair or just don't do drugs

Anyone still work for them?

I stumbled on this thread from a search of DMT. I start with them on Monday. They have a $55,000/yr guarantee if you drive at least 120,000 miles. That and pay by percentage are the main reasons I went them over CT.arewethereyet1 Thanks this.
