I have been with Tutle and Tutle since 11/1/2011. And I can say they are honest and real driver friendly. Some drivers are unhappy and others love it. Myself I really enjoy being leased on to them. I'm pleased with the money that I'm making. Yes others might be doing more but, we have the work. They have no trailers right now. Wont be getting any until March. There is a waiting list. But I can say one thing, If you have a trailer they will put you to work. Tutle has 10 terminals in TX,AR,OK,NM. So they got the area covered.

D&T always pays there O/O and drivers.

D&T trucking started in 2007, and is now according to Halliburton and Schlumberger, one of the only Frac Sand hauling companies that have a national footprint. D&T trucking has grown and improved its driver appreciation and retention in the past several months to include some of the best incentives in the industry. Like driver bonus for 60 days, 90 days with pay increase, 6 months and annual bonus to all company drivers. D&T has also implemented an Over & Beyond plan to reward drivers who are putting forth the best effort in a safe and productive manner.

I look at a buddy's statements and I see they can be slow here and there and, to be honest, I'm not sure why they're hiring truckers by the truck load (har har, I know) but from what we see they keep us busy enough.

My first week I got 4 loads.
My second week things picked up and they ran me for 72 hrs with one 3hr break ending the week with 7 loads. I told them I needed to sleep and they skipped me for about 3 days. Had a buddy make a long run (which is rare) and after about 48hrs straight driving, to make the delivery time assigned, he got pulled over and luckily only got a warning for log errors and illegal lane change. Now D&T is fining him $50 per infraction. Later we found out if he had gotten a ticket they would have suspended him. Its either do what they say and risk losing money...or don't make any at all. In my opinion, not worth the money, not worth the risk, not worth anyone's time. -
hey i appreciate the info on D&T im not going with them when i was there i seen 3 owner op's bring in trailer and quit,so im back to looking again

Also, unless you can get on their good side you will simply get their surplus. They keep all their own drivers busy til they drop and throw you loads only when their guys turn down loads. Dispatch favoritism. Keep that in mind.
