DAC falsified report(s) ?

    Sorry but it don't work that way.

    Reading your letter, they addressed it with a correction as soon as you informed them. the damages you seek has to qualify by their refusal of addressing it and by their using the data for more than one request after they were informed that the information is incorrect. The letter doesn't indicate there is a refusal or the use of the uncorrected data.

    If anything, their claim that Martin was the source of the license and social security number makes your problem with Martin, not with Hire Right.

    By the way what statue of limitations, it is within the limits.

    No. You didn't read it. Read the highlight portions then the red text. It does work that way. Removing it didn't change anything when they didn't supply a corrected report to companies that received the false. As you read it, read section 1681e(b) of the fcra. And you clearly don't know what the statute of limitations is. You can Google it, though. Google "statute of limitations in law". It seems your claiming the attorneys letter is in the SOL. That letter is completely irrelevant to the SOL. If you read even just the highlighted text, that is highlighted yellow, you will get the picture.
