    since dac is like a credit report on drivers i was wanting to know if i apply for several jobs would the companys i applied for show up like an inquiry on a consumer credit report can i tell what companys have ran my dac and do i have 2 give consent 4 a company 2 check dac would very much appreciate some help:biggrin_25525:

    Carriers must receive permission to run your USIS/DAC report. The permission is included with an application. You should have read & signed it.

    You may receive your USIS/DAC report free once per year by requesting it. Go to their website & download the request form. Mail it to USIS/DAC in Tulsa & you will receive it in about 3-weeks.
