I drove for 9 months last year with 2 different companies. I was let go by one and forced to resign by the other. I'm looking to come back to the road but between the two companies my DAC is problematic. I have a clean MVR and no points. All incidents on my DAC are all non-DOT reported. I am looking for a company that has an extensive training program and willing to give me another chance. Any advice?

All the incidents? How many & what for?

If you had a lot of preventables it will be difficult.... Might have a better chance applying to lease, as they don't have to accept your insurance burden.

Why were you let go and forced to resign? How many incidents and what for?

You don't have a DAC issue. You have an issue with incidents. There are companies out there that will give 2ND chances. I'm sure you will get plenty of names soon. I am wondering though just how many incidents we are talking about in those 9 months?
