i have 2 incidences at my previous employer..i have 6 months experience mind you i got 1 week of training when i signed on
1.ran over grass at a coca cola warehouse the DAC report says alleged damage
2. i tapped a pole very minor scratches to the front corner of the cab the employer never took pics or ran a insurance claim.. city is marked wrong on the report...
so heres my questions and how do i stop my previous employer from destroying my reputation when applying to a company..
i applied to 4 companies they all said i had to many incidences..
my DOT record is 100% clean no tickets commercial or class D driving no DOT accidents
i asked fedex ground if they request a dac report they said they call my employer direct and my employer keeps a file on me that fedex asks them about
so even if i hire dacfix.com i still wont get hired because my employer destroys my reputation dacfix says they deal with my previous employer alot..
its like im a felon who went wreck lace driving and did 1,2m in damage ....
how do i fix this and how do i get my reputation restored..

Go with a smaller company that doesn't use that dac report.
Grouch Thanks this. -
should i still hire dacfix to challenge those claims even if i go with a smaller company?
-
why waste your time or energy or money.... Dac fix will take your money, and nothing will change...Canned Spam Thanks this.

i looked at your career "dispatch/safety" not suprised at the douche response let a real trrucker answer...

damaged grass? really?
-
yes...its bull...i know..

Go with Fed-Ex. They have to send an inquiry to your former employer (FMCSA requires it). Most former employers don't send anything back, if yours does, tell Fed-Ex that the dispatcher at your former employer required you to run illegal and you refused. If that doesn't work at Fed-Ex, try a few others.

I don't see how it was a douche response..it's actually a pretty correct response. Why pay when you can do for free and probably get better results.Dumdriver and Canned Spam Thank this.
