Try the small trucking companies. Leave the big ones alone.

That's true! We all have little incidents here and there. I feel like he is not telling more. I knew a guy with 4 incidents, including driving on the wrong lane with Schneider, and He just got a local job and home everyday.

I bet if I worked for a mega that I would have to report the incident when a bug hit my windshield. I just can't be that micromanaged. In 2014 I hit a 4 point bull elk. got back to the yard and all the boss said was to put it in the lower shop so they could fix the missing headlight bucket. Hood is still cracked but serviceable.

Sorry OP I had forgotten about that on my previous post where I said I had not hit anything.

First off they are required by law to report your driving history to the next employer... so again, they have the LEGAL responsibility to tell the next company. Still trying to blame the company.
Under DOT standards you were correct to not move the trailer, but the way you handled it was unprofessional, and another mark against you.
NO you did not do a full pretrip, as checking that all permits and paperwork is correct is also the responsibility of the driver.
I understand you frustration at the situation that YOU have caused. So now we have more than 2 incidents, that cost schnieder money. You do realize there are drivers out there that have driven for years, and have not had the number of incidents you have. Schnieder is NOT the problem. It is the attitude that it is not your fault, you blame the company and your trainer.... Learn from this, take responsibility for what you did, move on and find a company that will hire you, and clean up the attitude.

The time you was employed with Schneider did you feel a week of training was enough and if not why didn't you ask for more time with a trainer?after reading your post#10 it sounds like you handle your issue about the tires very unprofessionally ,under no circumstances you do not say F you to anyone at the company.that gets you nowhere but the unemployment line as you can see.you say you had bad training, whos fault is that?you'll find someone that will hire you but be prepared for a not so good company and get more training.youre so not even close to going solo and lose the attitude, companies frown on that.also if you b
Hit something cont place some of the blame on others.you're the only one driving not them.

Far as companies ruining your carrier,Schneider is only putting on your dac what happened, they do that with all drivers.I think if you would have acted more professionally you would still be at Schneider.of course your manager got mad after saying F you to him that right there turns everything into a war and will never gain respect.
