DAC report questions please

I work for a Contractor for FedEx, if the contractor have their own safety department (their own family) who is responsible for reporting my DAC. The family members or FedEx? Im confused if something goes wrong it will show up as double report in my DAC report. Can little companies say they own 4 trucks and they hire me and something goes wrong for example i get stuck up a hill when it is snowing on the road can they stick it up my Butt in my DAC report?
