DAC Report

Hi is everyone doing? Is anyone having problems with their DAC report? I have had 3 companies previously find things on my DAC. One company said that the DAC is showing that I have no endorsements and I have them all. Most of my experience is in tankers hauling fuel and chemicals. The other said they found an accident from 2010. I had on where I was found not at fault. I didn't get any tickets are had to sign anything but I was put out of service due to the company and their dangerous equipment. The other said that they found something from 2007 and nothing happened in 2007. I always put nothing when it comes up to accidents because it never shows on my record. Are some companies going through a certain spy company and just looking up faulty information? I have also driven overseas and they do a strenuous background and it always come out clean. Has anyone else had this problem?
