Employment history, Accidents, incidents, Reasons for termination. Since they are covered by the Fair Credit Reporting legislation, you can dispute any entries and the company that put the info on has 30 days to coraborate the report or it has to be removed.

you are allowed one free copy of the report a year. it takes about 10 minutes to fill out the information. it will then come in the mail in about 2 weeks.

 

Try to get into a routine of step 1, step 2, etc when connecting or disconnecting a trailer. Do it each time. If you just jump out and do anything at anytime you will forget items.

 

They won't put on little stuff while you are employed. They'll wait until you or them terminate employment and many times it's a vindictive action. Something major in the course of your employment might go on there.

Last year they lost a lawsuit for erroneous info submitted by companies. Now if you dispute it you stand a good chance of winning because companies don't want to bother trying to prove old stuff. Their word against yours doesn't get it anymore. They better have something on paper.
