Dad-of-8 who demanded £425k house from taxpayer loses case

I am the oldest of 3, now 63, will be 64 this year, (born 1956). Due to mistakes & circumstances, (nothing criminal, nothing immoral), I was in a series of low paying jobs all throughout my life, (my fault & I admit it).
The one good decision that I made in my life was to never get married & NEVER have any children. With what few intimate liaisons that I had with the ladies, by the GRACE OF GOD, no children ever came about. This coming September, it will be 25 years that I have intimately connected with a lady. It can be difficult, but it is possible.
I did NOT want to be a contributor to childhood poverty at all.

some countries, some cultures simply do not believe in birth control, but in procreation to it's fullest.

Wasn’t or isn’t there a push here in the US to do something similar, putting low income people and housing intertwined in with the wealthy? I seem to recall reading something about that.
