To be fair, someone in this thread said Walmart did not authorize the person doing the booting to do the booting to begin with. But, I am confused as to why anybody would call Dallas Police to begin with, if this was going on in McKinney, Texas. That might be why whoever contacted DPD didn't hear back from DPD. They read "McKinney" and deleted that ####.
