Stevens has that new tanker division for locals in the DFW area. Home nightly I think.

 

Some of the drivers I work with are from Pro Drivers. I work for Ryder Systems. Dedicated Haverty's account. Ryder only hires when they have an open position. See what they have. I see them all over the place. I'm home after every shift. I go to Austin, San Antonio, Shreveport, Midland, San Angelo, Tyler. I like it. Saturday and Sunday off. I think they had a Dallas Morning News Account opening. But they run all the time. Good Luck.

 

Buy your own truck and go to jb hunt intermodal. They hiring in haslet, tx. Good money, great equipment (chassis always in good shape and containers always mounted on them). And you dont need anything fancy for this job, i've seen guys get hired with old 13-15 years old trucks that they paid like 10k for them. You only gonna drive 1000 - 1500 miles a week. When i did it i brought home 6k a month. Moved to Fl though

 

Yea, I live close to there. They are busy. It's a big railyard. JB has a small yard right there on 114 where you can park the truck if you need to.

 

HI i would like to know about the intermodal yard in haslet as well. Thinking of going over there as company to come home everyday!

 

My step mom has worked for several companies, hauling water for the gas wells. I think she made $16 an hour, and was home nightly.
