OR and WA are both mandatory carry states for chains, if you get inspected and don’t have the proper number of chains or none at all then they can put you out of service.

Some of you all are confusing utah with colorado.

Are you a company driver? If not don’t forget to get a temporary pass for Oregon. Personally I’d probably just run 25 to 90..too many slow trucks on 80 for me.
Chains are needed until April 1st at least in Washington. Most truck stops have them and you’ll need 4? Sets for WA.
