You have been on a mission to slander us at Daly's. I know who you are and what your situation was. Unfortunatley, not everyone is able to get a CDL license. You failed multiple time because you are simply not capable of passing the skills test. If you go to the georgia elligible providers listing and look us up you will see that 96% of our students pass the state exam. Do you really think that everyones should. I thank god everyday that you are still unlicensed according to the state of GA as of 2/1/11. You mamm are dangerous. I am glad you can't harm anyone on our roads.

You're worried about a two year old thread and someone who hasn't posted about your company in on this forum in two years?
Lilbit Thanks this. -
Discontinue posting the same thing over and over. It is not allowed on this forum. -
I'm currently a Daly's student and I can attest to the fact that this "two year old thread" had an impact on me when I was researching CDL schools. I was very apprehensive about Daly's specifically because of this thread. My other choices for CDL school in the WIA program are at least an hour away without Atlanta traffic, add that traffic in the mornings and afternoon and who knows the travel time. Daly's is only a 20 minute drive for me, so I rolled the dice and took my chances and it is nothing like the negative poster described.
I found the classroom training to give me everything I needed to know to pass my CDL permit on the first try, plus other valuable information. I'm only 2 days into the skills learning, but have found the instructors to be patient with the many mistakes that students make. Do they yell? Sure they do, how else do you hear instructions over the diesel engine? The instructors are all friendly joking guys, they are also b*ll busting truck drivers, but it is all in good fun. Pretty much the same characters you'll find posting on the forum, in the truck stops or terminals. If truck drivers offend you, and/or you're hypersensitve, then truck driving probably isn't for you.
So if old threads are irrelevent than the site and/or moderators should remove all posts, lets say, after six months. That way people like me are not influenced by old information and others won't feel the need to defend themselves against these old threads. -
Multiple postings of the same thing in the same thread is NOT allowed.

sounds like someone had this guys license status checked without his permission, might be a violation of the law. and it is posted for the world to see, lol

I graduated from Chattahoochee Tech in Actworth,Ga. Call and ask for Ray Puckett he teaches the classes and the yard instructors are all veterans and will teach you alot of little skills that you will need. Personal attention and great insight if you are struggling on backing up skills or out on the road. This program is well respected by recruiters and companies in the the southeast. That is what I personally found out.

I plan on attending Dalys regardless of the neg. comments because driving is a serious matter and as you say loud arrogant instructors is whats needed to teach most of the bone head so called drivers that apply these days. If you pay attention and take it serious....you wont get yelled at! Cause you d be doing it right. What do you think a dock boss would do when you cant back in to a tight space?

I with you Ron. I heading to Daly's on the 25th of July. I am looking forward to it. The first week may be a bit of a bore because I already have my class B with air. Bottom line you have three weeks to make it or break it. Daly's new facility is really nice with a large testing range. The staff that I have met is also nice. I might start a blog after I start.
