Damascus Road Transportation in Fort Smith AR seeking company drivers

Damascus Road Transportation, LLC of Lavaca AR is currently looking for company drivers based around Fort Smith AR for local, regional, and OTR positions and Regional / OTR positions based around the Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Little Rock, Kansas City, and Dallas areas.
We are a family first oriented company with over 25 years in the transportation industry. We have consistent dedicated customer freight in Fort Smith AR, Dallas TX, Kansas City KS, Richmond VA, and Greenville SC.

Local Drivers
· $800 week – salary – Must be available M-F, home every night. Tasks include delivering loads, loading loads to bring to the yard, moving trailers around. 100–180-mile radius of Fort Smith AR.

Regional Drivers
· $1200 week – salary – Run in AR, KS, OK, TX, MO, LA. 500-mile radius of Fort Smith AR. Drivers average 1500-1800 miles weekly. Home every weekend, through the house during the week. Weekly bonus based on truck/driver performance.

Line Haul / OTR
· Pay based on experience – Starting .55 CPM / .25 DHM – Run primarily AR, KS, TX, MO, OK, LA, SC, TN, NC, VA, GA AL. Average 2300-2700 miles. Home every weekend unless you want to run. Weekly bonus based on truck/driver performance.

Company driver positions are eligible for insurance after 30 days and receive 40% of accessorial charges (TONU, Layover, and Detention) in additional to base salary. All equipment is 2016 or newer, dry van and reefer trailers, KW and FL trucks. In house maintenance to prevent OTR mechanical issues. All positions paid weekly on Friday. All no-touch freight, just drive the truck

Requirements:

- Ability to work with a small team of people.
- 3 years CDL experience
- Clean MVR (no tickets/accidents in 35 months)
- No failed Clearinghouse results (drug/alcohol)
