Yeah that's the "roofer" dress code!

 

Can you explain the guys wearing what looks like old fashioned gym shorts with sweat pants under them??? Usually with a hefty beach ball sized gut bouncing over the top with a tee shirt two sizes too small...What the heck is that all about?!?

 

AAHHHH yes, also known as the fat, nintendo playing, northern yankee. This person wears sweat pants so much that the stink burn't a hole in the ### and now he has to cover up the hole with a nice pair of 1976 gym shorts! Eventually the shorts will encrust themselves to the sweatpants!

 

Was he wearing sandals with socks as well?

 

Yes of course! Black ones. This outfit is usually best adorned with a good ol' fashion Macgyver style mullet! These are big in the Northeast still!

 

Soooo attractive and alluring.... Maybe someone should introduce the roofer guy to the Nintendo guy and then put them in one of those reality shows...what was it??...Queer Eye for the Straight Guy... I think they could both benefit.

 

Northern yankee is redundant.. no such thang as a Southern yankee.. Yankees that live in the south a dang yankees....

 

Our old night shift loader wore black sweatpants with suspenders, black t shirt, and black work shoes, no socks. Shirt was too small, he was about 150 lbs heavier than he should have been.
Sounds like you've seen him.....
