Your right, I make out well with miles so my bonuses keep me way above water

 

Get 3000 miles every week.
Bad week = 2 live loads.
Only complaint...mcp50!!!

 

How long do you stay out and I am assuming there are attainable bonuses

 

I use the adp app.shows you exactly how many miles you were dispatched every week.
If they dispatch you 2000 miles on the 31st of the month..you get credit for those miles.
Couple cent monthly bonus on 11k and/ or 12k.
I run my 12k miles then go home for a few days.
Quarterly safety bonus for not hitting stuff.
Quarterly mileage bonus for not idling the truck..tripac works great.
Very easy to obtain the bonus money.
They don't cheat you.
Very good honest company.

 

Forgot to add..if your truck is in the shop 24 hours you get pay and 500 miles credited toward the monthly bonus.

 

Josh..he's the best dispatcher Ive had in 4 years...the only good one..actually.
I make it a point to treat my dispatchers,the same way they treat me.

 

I hear ya, I got frank. He’s been good so far but back then I almost never got my bonuses
