That's Danny Herman team pay weekly paid. That's with 8% going to 402k, taxes and insurance coming out.

This is that horrible team split Danny Herman pay. The split is a couple cents higher now too

Im a Solo Driver for they're current pay is .42 cents a mile flat. They have decent benefits and great bonuses. They were very good to my family and I and they are the most accommodating company I have ever worked for and i average around 53k a year. They truly are one of the best company's to pull dry van for if you would like a balance of good miles and low stress.

I’m a newer driver with DHT. Great people to work for except they only pay for 85-90% miles driven, even when using their routes. I know there is a thing with practical miles and hub miles or something, but they just sent me 1950 miles cross country and now on my way 1950 miles back and they want to pay me for 1732. I just replied to my load assignment with “I’ll haul this load for 1875 and will still be driving an hour or so for free”. I know it seems most trucking companies need to zing who they can when they can, but I kind of expected a little better from these guys. Aside from that, they are easy to work with, friendly , flexible and have fairly decent mechanics at the terminals.

Also as far as miles go, they got me 13500 or so my first month. I’m pleased with that. Not sure I would want to drive too much more anyhow. Even with getting paid 85% of miles driven, it’s a fairly pleasurable 60k a year job.
