    Does anyone know the current pay scale for Danny Herman? They used to make a document that had tables for all their different pay scales - CPM, mileage bonus, fuel bonus, ect. Does anyone have a current version of that? Thanks.

    Also, does anyone know if CJ is still working in recruiting?
