DART.... Anyone have any recent experiences with DART ?

You got right, if it works for some one great, like I should they not bad to work for, if they make a few changes, they would be one of the best to work for, 1 get rid of the shop, are only work on the company run trucks, 2 increase the pay period, 3 don't run you to hell ole when it's home time, I live in ga, and aguy lives in NJ, why offer me a load to NJ from the same place and offer him a load to ga, don't play games with your guys,

 

the people who are gonna do the lease purchase no matter what always use the "make it work " phrase.
we all know what that entails
kids get your experience
get a good job with full bennies and a house and a family

 

A person in the white collar told me that lease purchase is how they make their money. If they didn't do it then they wouldn't stay in business. Go figure.

That person lied to you, think about this not all of them offer it, look at Hart land for example, yes some do make money off it that is why you see them running it in a different name,

 

I don't know if I had the mind of a crook I would definately go buy 3-4 brand new trucks and let some noob do a lease purchase deal and make him pay for all the repairs and fuel... Then when hes flat broke halfway through the lease go collect the truck and do it all over again with another noob... my $150,000 truck goes for $150,000 again...I wouldn't want him to complete the lease cause then hes got the option of turning it in or paying me cash for me.. and after 5 years cash value would be less... but I don't think that way and I strongly advise any PERSON thinking about doing Lease Purchase to think again..
